The owners visit the site regularly and will meet 'too posh to pitch' guests on arrival.
Group bookings are limited to 15 people.
Do not camp within 10 meters of another group.
We do not allow smoking in any of our accommodation or facilities.
Dogs must be well behaved and kept on a lead at all times except when on the recreation field.
Caravans and tear drop trailers are not allowed on site and campervans must not be longer than 5.3 meters or taller than 2.5 meters when on the road. This is due to a planning regulation.
Camp fires must be raised off the ground and contained. There are a limited number of fire drums to borrow.
We do not allow pets in our tents. Pets staying in our huts must be paid for as an extra when booking and will be provided with a bed and biscuit.
Damages to our property will be charged for.
Too posh to pitch (glamping) guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition having washed up and stripped their beds. An excess cleaning fee of £50 may be charged if this is not done (sounds so harsh but sadly has to be said for our safety). Please inform us of any breakages or damage before leaving the site.
Take responsibility for your own actions and don't go hurting yourselves while staying on site...or anywhere else for that matter.
Smile, we are nearly there.
Motor Vehicles are not allowed onto the camping field.
Music may be played but must not be audible to any other guests. Site radios are not suitable for camping because they are too good! and as such are banned.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you, your vehicles or possessions during your stay.
We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime.
Respect current social distancing and government coronavirus guidelines at all times.
Courtesy to other guests is essential at all times.
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in your current and/or future bookings being cancelled and access to the campsite revoked.
