Alterations are only possible up to 7 days before arrival date. A full refund (minus the booking agent's booking fee if applicable  & £10 admin fee) will be given up to seven days before your arrival date, a 50% refund (minus the booking agent's booking fee if applicable & £10 admin fee) will be given between 7 days and 48 hours of day of arrival.   • Check in for the Shepherds Hut and pre erected tents is 3 pm, Hammock hut 2pm and check out is 11am.

  • Tents and campervans may arrive anytime after 10am and depart by 4pm

  • Visitors must have prior approval of the campsite and are restricted to the day time at a cost of £4 per adult & £2 per child.

  • The owner visits the site regularly and will meet 'too posh to pitch' guests on arrival.

  • Group bookings are limited to 15 people.

  • We do not allow smoking in our tents or huts.

  • Please bring your own towels, toiletries and cooking equipment when staying in the hammock hut or bell tents.

  • Dogs must be well behaved and kept on a lead at all times except on the recreation field.

  • Caravans are not allowed on site and campervans must not be longer than 5.3 meters or taller than 2.5 meters.

  • Camp fires must be raised off the ground and contained. There are a limited number of fire drums to borrow.

  • We do not allow pets in our tents.

  • Damages to our property will be charged for.

  • Take responsibility for your own actions and don't go hurting yourselves while staying on site...or anywhere else for that matter.

  • Motor Vehicles are not allowed onto the camping field.

  • Music may be played but must not be audible to any other guests, site radios are not suitable for camping.

  • We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you, your vehicles or possessions during your stay. 

  • Courtesy to other guests is essential

Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in your current and/or future bookings being cancelled and access to the campsite revoked.
